As women, we often carry so much—seen and unseen. We hold memories, responsibilities, emotions, and experiences deep within our bodies and energy. Over time, these layers can become heavy, shaping how we feel, respond, move through life, and even affect our health.
This session is an invitation to set that weight down and allow yourself to be supported.
You are welcomed into a space of compassion, presence, and deep care—where nothing is expected of you, and everything you bring is honored.
Mary is also honored to work with men who are ready to rise beyond issues of mind, body, and spirit, as well.

Within this field of loving awareness, your system naturally begins to open and release what it has been holding—old emotions, past experiences, illnesses, other unwanted conditions, and unhealthy patterns that no longer serve your highest path.
